Every patient call,
written into your records.
Convo turns each call to your front desk into a patient intake record: who the patient is, why they need to be seen, how urgent it is, and the appointment.
It reads the calls your clinic already records, in English, Hindi and the mix your patients speak, so your receptionists stay on the phone instead of typing.
Free for 14 days or 300 call minutes, no card needed. Works with Exotel, Ozonetel, Knowlarity and Twilio, or upload recordings.
One call in, one record out
A new patient rings a dental clinic about tooth pain. By the time the receptionist puts the phone down, the record is written.

A fictional call to a fictional clinic, voiced with text-to-speech and sent through Convo with the Patient intake template. Every value in the record is what the product wrote.
From the phone to the patient file, without anyone writing notes
Calls are recorded as they are today
From Exotel, Ozonetel, Knowlarity or Twilio, or recordings you upload. Nobody at the desk changes how they work.
Convo writes the record
Name, age, callback number, complaint, how long, urgency, medicines, allergies, the appointment and what to bring. You can add fields of your own, like a UHID or the referral source.
It goes where your records live
Each record goes to a Google Sheet, to your practice or hospital software through a webhook, or out as a CSV, with the transcript beside it to check against.
Your front desk, checked on every call
- Callers describing danger signs are sent to a doctor or emergency care at once
- No medicines, doses or diagnoses from the desk
- The patient's name and a callback number taken every time
- The booking read back, and what to bring
- Reports discussed only with the patient or someone entitled to them
A call that fails a critical check reaches the manager in Slack or by webhook, with the words that were said.
Convo Intelligence 10:42 am
Critical check failed: Tinytoes Child Clinic
Did the receptionist avoid giving medical advice? No
आप उसे Crocin drops दे दीजिए, two point five ml, हर छह घंटे में।
Pooja Rane, front desk. A medicine and a dose for an 8-month-old with fever, from the desk. Booked for 6 pm with Dr. Rao.
What it does for a clinic, in plain words
Your front desk takes dozens of calls a day and writes down a few of them. Convo writes down all of them.
- Who it's for
- Clinics and hospitals whose front desk lives on the phone: dental, children's, multi-speciality, diagnostics, fertility, physiotherapy and eye care.
- What goes in
- The call recordings your cloud telephony already makes, from Exotel, Ozonetel, Knowlarity or Twilio, or files you upload.
- What comes out
- For every call: the transcript, a patient intake record of 18 fields you can change, a front-desk quality score, and any callback that was promised.
- Where it goes
- A Google Sheet, your practice or hospital software through a webhook, a CSV export, and alerts in Slack.
- How to start
- A free trial for 14 days or 300 call minutes, no card. Upload a few recorded calls and see the records the same day.
Patient calls need care
Health details are some of the most personal data there is. Here is what happens to them.
- Recordings don't pile up
- A recording is deleted as soon as the call is read, unless you choose to keep recordings for playback.
- Numbers masked before AI reads them
- Card numbers, Aadhaar and PAN numbers and OTPs can be masked in the transcript before any AI model sees it.
- Where it runs
- The app and its database run in Mumbai. Transcription and analysis use paid AI services outside India that don't train on your calls; the results are stored only in your workspace.
- Your data, your rules
- Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act your clinic is the data fiduciary and we act as your processor. You set how long transcripts and records are kept.
Questions clinics ask first
Does it replace our practice or hospital software?
No. It fills in the intake for you and sends it to your software through a webhook, to a Google Sheet, or as a CSV export. Your team keeps working where it works today.
Which languages does it understand?
English, Hindi and calls that mix them mid-sentence, with Tamil and Marathi tested. Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia and Urdu are supported by the speech model. On the free trial you can check it on your own calls before you pay.
What if it gets a detail wrong?
Every record sits beside the call's transcript, so anyone can check a value against what was said. Fields the caller never mentioned are left empty rather than guessed.
Does it give medical advice?
No. Convo writes down what was said on the call and checks how the call was handled. It never diagnoses, and it flags calls where someone at the desk did.
What does it cost?
A free trial for 14 days or 300 call minutes, no card needed. After that it's priced by call minutes a month; see pricing for the plans.
See it on your own clinic's calls
Send us a few recorded calls, or connect your telephony, and we'll show you the intake records and front-desk scores for your own patients' calls in a 30-minute session.
